You must be available at the delivery address or authorise someone to receive the order on your behalf.

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Failed or disputed payments may result in order cancellation.

Promotional codes and wallet credits are subject to their own rules and expiry dates.

Perishable and opened grocery items may not be eligible for return unless damaged, defective, or incorrect on delivery.

Refund requests must be raised within the timeframe stated on the product or order confirmation. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including:

• Placing fraudulent or bulk-resale orders without authorisation
• Attempting to access other users’ accounts or our systems
• Posting false reviews or abusive content
