Account & eligibility
You must provide accurate contact and delivery details. You are responsible for activity on your account and keeping your login credentials secure.
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law to use our services.
Orders & pricing
Product prices, availability, and offers may change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout applies to your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or ordered in error.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location, weather, or operational factors. Serviceable pincodes are validated at checkout.
You must be available at the delivery address or authorise someone to receive the order on your behalf.
Payments
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Failed or disputed payments may result in order cancellation.
Promotional codes and wallet credits are subject to their own rules and expiry dates.
Returns & refunds
Perishable and opened grocery items may not be eligible for return unless damaged, defective, or incorrect on delivery.
Refund requests must be raised within the timeframe stated on the product or order confirmation. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including:
- Placing fraudulent or bulk-resale orders without authorisation
- Attempting to access other users’ accounts or our systems
- Posting false reviews or abusive content
Limitation of liability
Saath Groww is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India unless otherwise required by law.
